Use WhatsApp without phone number
You may wany to enjoy free messages sending on WhatsApp without a phone number.Because you don't want some stragers know your phone number in WhatsApp. It is possible. send chat history to someone or yourself
WhatsApp allow user send chat history via E-mail.Go to app's menu option in conversation,then just click "more", you will see a "E-mail conversation" option.Then you just need to fill the E-mail add.
Save recieved photos
If your friends send a nice or funny photo to you and you want to keep it to your phone. WhatsApp won't disappoint you. If you are Android user, go to the folder"WhatsApp\media\WhatsApp" via file explorer, you can find all the photos and videos file of WhatsApp there, then just save the one you need to another place. For iOS user, all recieved photos will be saved to Photo app.
Hide Last Seen Timestamp
Whatsapp like any other online messaging service shows the availability status of the user. WhatsApp also shows the “Last Seen” Timestamp which shows the last time the user had logged in to use WhatsApp. This can be a useful feature when you are trying to contact someone but can be a pain in the ass when you have people stalking you . So basically there are two methods to avoid being spotted :Method 1 :
*Turn off Data connection .
*You wont be able to send or receive messages now.
*Go into WhatsApp and type in and send the desired message to the contact of your choice.
*The message won’t be sent right now – But close WhatsApp .
*Turn Data back ON.
*Your message will be sent and there will be no last seen Timestamp update.
Method 2:
The second method involves using an App which follow a similar method as the first one.
*Download and Install the App from the link – WhatsappHide
*Open the app and select “Block last seen” .
*Now, open WhatsApp. While you are on Whatsapp you will not receive any messages.
You can draft messages, but theywon’t be sent. When you leave Whatsapp or turn off the screen, your messages will be sent and your pending ones willbe received. Next time you open WhatsApp, no one can see your Last seen Timestamp.
Change WhatsApp conversation Wallpaper
We all may want to have more fun in conversation. For example, we don't want to see the backgound photo in WhatsApp stay the same. In fact, we can change it to the photos we love. Go to the 'Wallpaper' option in the chat menu. You can either select a picture that's on your Android phone, or choose to use one of the delightful backgrounds in the WhatsApp Wallpaper app,which is automatically downloaded when you choose the 'WhatsApp' option in the Wallpapers menu.In the iOS version, choose 'Conversation Settings' in the Settings menu and tap 'Chat Wallpaper', before choosing which image you want.
Directly send WhatsApp messages with "Enter" key
I think it is more convenient for us to send a messages with "enter" after typing. In Android os, we can easily enble this feature for WhatsApp.Just click on the option of "enter is send" in "chat preferences". You can send a messages with lightspeed.
Save profile photos to iPhone
This is a new feature for iOS WhatsApp. You can simplely achieve it in some steps:1.Go to a friend’s profile in WhatsApp (do this either by tapping on the profile photo on top of the chat screen or by tapping on the friend’s name from Favorites menu)
2.Tap on the profile photo to open it/view it.

Create shotcut to homescreen
When you keep chating with other people on WhatsApp, but you need to do something else on the phone. You must be annoying for changing tasks in different apps. Or, you always chat with some people in WhatsApp, you can make them directly appear in your phone homescreen. In Andorid OS, this option is very easy to enble, you just need to create shortcuts to conversations that appear on your homescreen, so you don't even need to open the application to pick up on conversations - just tap the icon with the name of the contact.
Backup iPhone WhatsApp Data with iTunes
Thans to the update in July, WhatsApp allow user bakcup chat data, but if you are a iOS users, you never worry about the backup issuse, as long as you have iTunes.To setup and manage backups:
1.Open WhatsApp
2.Tap on Settings
3.Now tap on Chat Settings
4.Go to Backup
5.You can setup auto-backups. You can also tap on Backup Now to backup the chats right away. Videos don’t get backed up.
